Research Core – Cornell Center for Enervating NeuroImmune Disease

The Research Core supports projects in the Center with bioinformatics, data management, and data integration. The Core also helps the Center organize, store and manage experimental results and clinical data, assists and educates Center investigators in reproducible data analysis techniques, and facilitates integrative analyses across data produced by the Cornell Center. The Core deposits eligible data in mapMECFS, an interactive data portal developed by the ME/CFS Data Management and Coordinating Center (DMCC), and harmonizes data management and conventions between the Cornell Center and the DMCC.
